Pros

Great culture geared towards employee experience. Excellent benefits that start day 1 of employment, including education, health, 8% 401k match.

Cons

It’s a call center. Micromanage metrics that impact bonus. During times of high attrition it is hard to get time off work

Pros

Basically none, it's a bad place to work.

Cons

Everything. Micromanaging is off the charts. You have to take PTO if away from desk more than 6 minutes. PTO is there for vacations, but can't use it. Weekly coaching is more like weekly humiliation. They say don't pressure for sales in training, yet once on the floor you are pressed and expected to pressure sell to people that don't need it. Manager constantly bugs in Slack for responses but don't have time because the phone calls are back to back to back nonstop, no time to respond to micromanaging manager, so you just get into more trouble. Any additional work on an account that you have to be off the phone goes against your adherence even though you are still working, because you are not on the phone. I could go on and on..it's horrible
