Pros

Doctors office in house, cafeterias

Cons

Toxic attitudes, treated like children from management, don't work here if you have a medical condition because they will make you take PTO if you have to step away from your desk for 15 minutes...

Pros

Great benefits aimed to support work-life balance. The Mission Statement still means something and those employees who help maintain the culture of Unity that Joe Robles fostered are what make the company great.

Cons

Totally depends on your area to how managers/schedules impact work-life balance. Due to lots of tenured employees, promotions are hard to come by and sadly there is still an obvious glass ceiling for women. Diversity almost to a point that it negates itself by too much political correctness and over-compensating public relations within the company. Lots of leadership being brought in from competitors who just don't fit the USAA culture that was working before.
