Pros

PTO is generous, you will want to use it to avoid the place.

Cons

Toxic workplace, useless middle management. Old tech and ridiculously cumbersome processes. Company culture has been destroyed, not the same company it once was. Executive level is chock full of BoA and Wells rejects who fled after those companies had regulatory fines and lawsuits. Dont even get me started on the "hybrid" schedule that is soon to be 4 days in the office.

Pros

Some wonderful coworkers and a great mission.

Cons

The culture and executive management no longer align with the mission of the organization. They are in regulatory trouble, lying to regulators, and lack basic knowledge.

Pros

Benefits (but it's because their attrition rate is horrendous)

Cons

Glassdoor doesn't allow people to write long, honest reviews so I'll be as brief and honest as I can. They lie to your face, expect blind compliance, underpay, gaslight new people, and then uplift certain demographics. Just know they are the opposite of what they advertise. They are a clown-world company, chock full of politicized agendas and programs everywhere you turn via email and they set you up to fail to justify not giving you a bonus or paying you less than you should.
