Pros

Good PTO, Health insurance is great but expensive. Great Managers. They are getting better at work life balance.

Cons

A year end bonus that has gone down every year I was there (7). Not much room for advancement. Not sure upper management is connected with employees any longer.

Pros

Benefits were great, such as PTO, medical, and starting pay. My co-workers were amazing! We all helped each other.

Cons

Management. They do not care for their employees. They praise you for your hard work and then tell the Director something else. You’re never doing enough. The company also scored us lower for our “performance” last year when we actually did better than expected being that we had to deal with the pandemic. There is also little opportunity for growth in the insurance department.

Pros

They are fantastic with helping you obtain your licenses. You will learn a lot about insurance. Full time, varying schedules to choose from, and can work from home.

Cons

The work overload is definitely a typical call center grind. The benefits used to be amazing prior to 2021 when they were cut, along with pay. Now the benefits package is just OK, nothing to get excited about. It's a shame too, because the old benefits package was one thing that really set them apart from other companies. Maybe mediocrity and average is the new thing.
