Benefits are the only good thing about this company

Everything else. Impossible to move up. There have been agents that have been there 16 yrs and can’t move out of the call center.

The bonuses where nice considering.

Cons

They don’t care about the “members” they just care about the money and if they’re gonna get their bonus at the end of the year. It’s stressful and you’re constantly being yelled at for their lack of affordable insurance. Would not recommend working here
