Pros

Stable, good people, big name to put on resume

Cons

Draining work. They give you a good amount of time off but it's IMPOSSIBLE to take any time off, unless you want to call in sick. Metrics so they constantly look over your shoulder. Never any time to breathe. ALWAYS busy. Pay isn't great. One of the worst turn-over rates I've experienced. Management needs work. Will constantly talk about how it's for the member's benefit, but it's really just to sell more products. Look after the member but not for their employees. Pay is not good for what you put up with.
