Pros

Great mission and great members.

Cons

Senior leadership is so far out of touch. Senior executives are making ridiculous money while squeezing every penny from front line employees. It is a shame, this place has lost its edge.

Not worth the pay

Pros

I worked from home and was offered great benefits.

Cons

Horrible management and overworked employees. I was hired to adjust injury claims then everyone began handling property damage claims too. It felt like I was a call center for body shops and total losses. Constantly picking up slack for the other adjusters because you're answering their calls too. Merging departments and constantly increasing your work duties. Annual bonuses were cut tremendously too. It was just not worth it to me anymore and I should have left sooner.

The individual contributors are fantastic - I really loved my team.

Cons

- Management, management -RTO - Low Pay - leaving got me a 50% salary increase; I didn't know how underpaid I was for years - Removal of Benefits - Constant Re-orgs and Layoffs
