Pros

Very thorough training, great team and learning resources. Amazing campus with lots of amenities. My team was wonderful to work with and so was our manager.

Cons

Was initially promised the ability to transfer to a different position when it became available as I took an alternate job position in the first place. Because it wasn't going to be available for over a year I decided to pursue opportunities in that field elsewhere. I loved the company and would return if the opportunity in my field of interest became available.

Pros

The only good thing about working for USAA are the benefits.

Cons

Extremely micro managed. Back to back calls. Literally as soon as you hang up a call, another one comes through, and you’re expect to offer products on every call, which is not possible unless you’re just offering for the sake of numbers. All year round, every single day. If you get off the phone for more than 7 mins, you and your character are questioned, and you have to use PTO.
