The benefits are good . 25 days PTO.

Cons

Management- Unorganized Unrealistic goals Overtime required to come close to the goals. 25 days PTO but feel like I can take any to many files to handle.

Pay and benefits are alright.

Cons

4 days a week forced RTO is a terrible way to treat employees after three years of evidence that WFH is effective. Too many layers of management. Bureaucracy is out of control. Technology plan is nonsensical and wasteful.

Promotion opportunities completely removed from remote employees, even those who were permanent remote pre-pandemic Disdain for those struggling with RTO Constant reduction of benefits since 2020 Minimal raises, less than 100% bonus even with good review Poor direction from leadership
