Pros

Great company with good compensation. They provide bonuses to employees and are very progressive. They take care of their employees and provide good opportunities for development.

Cons

There are some bad managers at the company. Some of the managers were not properly trained for management. They also will lie and manipulate employees. However I believe it’s one or two bad apples and not the company in its entirety.

No structure, a lot of favoritism, lack of management, too many supervisors want to be managers.
