      Pros

      Decent company to work for. Average pay, average benefits. Get 2 work from home days a week after 6 months of being there as a Developer, which is nice.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. It's just very average.

      Pros

      The company advocates for your advancement with incentives to improve you education. Pay and benefits are great as well.

      Cons

      To many managers and not enough workers. This causes heavy work loads.

      Pros

      Benefits, company culture, work-life balance, engaged leadership I honestly believe this is one of the best companies I have worked for. I was only there for a short time, so maybe the honeymoon stage didn't wear off, but I was blown away with everything.

      Cons

      My biggest complaint might be that the parking lot is so far from the door. The cafeteria is mediocre, but reasonably priced. I have nothing negative to say about the work environment.
