Pros
Great people, good mission statement and values. Patient safety is a top priority. Pay is good, overall compensation is okay.
Cons
No investment in retention. Some departments such as IT have constant turnover, leadership does nothing meaningful to address this. There are broad efforts like restoring our 403(b) after years of diminishing benefits, but individual growth is not addressed so top talent are always leaving. Culture is not innovative.
