Pros

They pay you. Not well but its money.

Cons

Disorganized. Shady, their clients should look into their business habits and they do things they really shouldnt be doing. Incompetent leadership managers supervisors, leads. Favoritism. No quality control when it comes to hiring, theyll hire anyone and make the company look bad. Dirty people who not behave as adults. Pay minimum wage or just above. Company makes a lot of money but it very cheap and penny pinching. Horrible VP who crushes employee morale, her new hires often quit. Management needs to properly train their employees and disband drama. It is a company not a high school. DOES NOT FOLLOW COVID CDC GUIDELINES. No one monitors employees are following protocol, constant infection and I dont think they are reporting all cases to LA DHS since there have been so many people that have gotten COVID and they have not shut down. No recognition or fair behavior.

There is so much in your review that needs to be responded to. Since the beginning of Covid, we have followed all CDC, City, State and Federal guidelines plus added more precautions in order to keep our employees safe. In our offices, we have all or most of our staff working remote. Our employees’ health and safety is extremely important to us and we will not take any chances to jeopardize them or their families. I am happy to say that the number of employees who have contracted the virus is extremely low. Most who have contracted have been working remote since March and all have recovered. USCB Leadership is extremely competent and our success as an organization shows this. During this time of a pandemic, we have had challenges, as most companies did during this time, due to the change of working remote. Some of our employees may feel like they are being micromanaged, but this is actually our leaders making sure the work is being done and our clients information is protected while not in the office. At USCB, we hire employees for the long term. People who want growth, stability and a career. During our recruiting process these are the individuals we seek. We go through the process and find people who we feel will make good teammates and who will benefit from our great company. I am sorry that you do not feel this way. Lastly, our pay is competitive. Especially looking at all of our benefits. We are 100% Employee Owned, which means every one of our employees who stay with us and does their job, will benefit by this. Although you did not find success at USCB, we wish you the best in your future endeavors.
