At USCB every department/Team are on the same page when it comes to collections. Everybody understands the policies and procedures. They make sure that you are not left out on any important update. Teamplayer is key.

Cons

Micro management is a pain in the butt. They don't seem to appreciate your hard work. Management needs to show more appreciation towards the employees vs coming hard on them for every little mistake they make.

Benefits are the only reason to work on this company. Medical, dental and vision is partially paid by the company.

Cons

Poor management and unfair recognition to people that does not even deserve it. Supervisors are ignorant. Terrible work enviroment. Sad.
