I get a paycheck. That's it!

Cons

You don't need me to tell you...all of the cons everyone is writing are accurate AF!!! Poor training, crappy managers and micromanaging to the next level. Run and don't accept this job. Go work at a warehouse or fast food place and keep looking before accepting this role.

We operate in a dynamic environment where details matter, so what may appear as micromanaging to you is simply USCB helping its staff to balance federal and state laws, privacy concerns, client requirements, and internal controls. We know this is a ton of information, but every bit of it is important so we do our best to keep all staff on a path to succeed with frequent coaching and reminders.

The company itself it’s transparent with all that it offers starting with their benefits and incentives. The best perk is the fact that they are an employee owned company and the day you retire you have a vested amount for your future. They provide you with all their policies up front so you learn, listen and grow successfully in your position. I love to help promote the use of their tools that made be successful in my position. And the management team was there to help me reach my goals. Key to me was having great communication with management that I noticed improved my growth and experience. In addition I surrounded myself with smart, humble and hard working people that made me excel.

Cons

There are times where I felt stuck with repetiveness but once I was open to change, I took advantage of it to grow and tried something else. The company has grown so quickly that it took me a bit to catch up. I had tunnel vision that I didn’t give in to the change so i made it difficult for myself. But once I noticed the great improvements in all areas I grew to learn that the change was needed.
