We appreciate your 3 stars. Over the last several years, USCB has worked diligently at creating a Training and Development department that continues to grow and improve with the times. We face different challenges when we have employees working remotely, however, the various monitoring tools we utilize assist with maintaining productivity, protecting sensitive information and allowing employees to reach their full potential.

The first couple months I felt good about the company. But it didn’t last long.

Cons

Doesn’t care at all about their employees. Laid many people off which caused more work for everyone else. Doesn’t give rais a. The CRO is scary and unapproachable. She doesn’t give one thought about her people. The environment is so stressful, we work our tails off for nothing.
