It used to be a great place to work. Pay is still good.

Cons

Did anybody notice 85% of reviews with 5 star ratings are listed as "current employee"? That is obviously an attempt to manipulate ratings. Virtually all other "Great Reviews" are from people listed as management... As an operator I can say this place is thriving for poor management. No work/life balance. Will only change as a reaction to issues rather than proactively making things better. By the time they react, it's always too late to make a significant difference.

Pros

Good people and product offerings. Old company with good safety programs. Top notch research and development department that focuses on improving/inventing products.

Cons

Cyclical business and frequent layoffs at all levels over the past 10 years (employment is not stable), Lack of Leadership, poor communications (at all levels and between functions), low salaries, management feels entitled, over charge on products: consumers are realizing they can get equal or better quality at lower price with competitors (effects are starting to show negatively in revenue).

Decent pay, get to go home at the end of the day to escape the drama.

Cons

No leadership, disrespectfull to hourly workers, have lost the vision of how to operate a production facility, noone takes responsibility
