      long interview process. Took 6 months. Delayed start due to long background check and 5 references needed.

      Poor Benefits, Lots of work

      Pros

      Attractive PTO schedule in 1st year

      Cons

      Employee Benefit Analysts are overworked handling way more clients than account managers but are expected to deliver multiple deliverables a week all on each AM’s schedule. Benefits are expensive and not very good. 401k contributions are terrible. For being a private company they sure do stretch every dollar out of each employees benefits.

      Larger firm with update to date technology and stays current with the times.

      Cons

      Unless you are a Vice President you have little to no voice. With this you are treated with little to no respect and given unrealistic expectations. Even after giving three weeks notice and working up to the end, management doesn’t even pick up the phone or even send a similar thank you send off email.
