      Pros

      I have been with USI for a little over a year and a half. I truly love working with USI and the team I am assigned to. My supervisor is extremely knowledgeable and helpful at all times. I am confident in my work because I have learned from some of the best in our department. Working with a company that acknowledges your achievements and rewards accordingly, provides great benefits, and offers training and advancement opportunities has been a dream come true. Not to mention working remote, which initially I was skeptical about, but the work/life balance has become an extremely important factor in my continued success with this company.

      Cons

      Personally, I have not experienced any down-sides.

      Pros

      I am a new hire at USI and I can't say enough about my positive experience so far getting starting. USI has an extensive training program in place along with unlimited resources for outsourcing work or projects to other teams within the company. I'm fully remote but went into the office to meet my team. Everyone in the office was kind, genuine and real. I know everyone is very busy but don't get that overwhelmed burnt out feeling from anyone... for me personally that is rear.

      Cons

      Not really a con but I knew that when taking this job I would become just a number with 100s of others in my same role (small fish big pond kind of thing). This is a change from my last agency and kind of what I was looking for within this new job so I wouldn't say it's bad.

      Pros

      USI is a very Producer/Sales focused organization that has incredible resources for true middle-market companies. They support each producer in fully understanding all of those resources and have several, non-commission, leaders that help in driving that success.

      Cons

      There is only one expectation per month and that is to get 4 new business appointments per month. This does help keep you focused on new business meetings, which is great. There's not much of a focus on centers of influence, but rather just getting in the door and making that appointment count.
