      Joining USI over 12 years ago, has been the most consequential & rewarding stage of my career as an insurance professional. I’m thankful for the remarkable eye-opening experience of making the switch from the carrier side over to the brokerage environment. The USI senior management team is extremely respectful and supportive of my development as a respected insurance consultant. From day one, they have been devoted to helping me expand and maintain my book of business with an assortment of quantifiable proven resources supporting new sales and client retention.

      Cons

      One area I believe USI can improve on would have to be more investments around the marketing of our bran and thriving story, as one of the top brokerage firms in the county. An aggressive marketing campaign that would showcase our unique service/cost saving approach to midmarket employers.
