      No training from management, little guidance. Low pay

      Work life balance, PTO and company holidays, hybrid options (based on city)

      Cons

      Management does not train you properly before sending you off on your own. Morale is low and all attention goes to the producers. Producers can be demanding and difficult to work with. Raises are hard to come by as well as being promoted. Very extreme gaps in compensation when experience doesn’t vary much. Pushes corporate agenda a lot. You are just a number to them.

      While I have only been working at USI for a few weeks, I am thrilled to have joined such a strong team! Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful. I had multiple offers going into my final decision, and I am happy that I chose USI.
