USI Insurance Services reviews

Having a job that pays you every two weeks and pays for a % of our health insurance. Management is honest of their inability to provide raises due to the Producers in your particular office not bringing in enough business. They are also very efficient at NOT solving problems in the workplace. They are great at double talk, almost like the way the Producers sell to our insureds. You get to work for amazing Producers who think nothing but money, money, money and are great at belittling, degrading, and throwing you under the bus to management and insureds.

I have to say, the only Pro working at USI was the unique availability to work remotely but that is about it. I can't think of any other positive thing to say about this company. If at all possible, avoid working here and if you already do work there, I feel bad for you that you're stuck with a lousy exec team and poor HR department. Remember, HR departments are there to protect the company from you, not the other way around...
