USI is Team Oriented with a large National Presence. There are always educational opportunities that allow for advancement, take your time and find your way and USI will help you get there. Throughout my tenure I have seen how USI has developed employee programs, in helping give back to our employees through USI Wellness, USI Cares and USI Educates; and our to communities with USI Gives Back.
Cons
Employee's can find a con in any company but in reality, if you don't put in the dedication and effort to grow yourself you will not be happy anywhere.
