      Great company, very bright senior management

      Pros

      Great company to work for. The senior management is all very bright and strategic. While they hold their teams to a very high standard, I do get the sense they truly care.

      Cons

      Some internal processes are still behind the times, but there is a movement to "catch up" it seems as folks are constantly innovating.

      Pros

      I love how there's lots of room to explore and play around with different assignments so you really get a feel for what it is you like to do, especially if it's an entry-level position. In 7 months' time, I got acquainted with some administrative work, designing HTML emails, print ads, and writing copy. I don't think you get your hands dirty in another company like that, and I'm glad I started my marketing career here.

      Cons

      For me, I feel the work load is relatively light on some days. I like having a busy day, with one assignment right after another. But that may just be a personal preference.

      PTO, Benefits, Some coworkers, 401K, HSA contribution, education classes for business, the amount of days off annually, times you are able to come in

      Cons

      Favoritism, overworked and underpaid, no morale, management, NO raises ever, no positive acknowledgement, Managers show the little people no respect
