      Sweatshop mentality, poor support from leadership, cliques and favoritism are pervasive and discouraging. Low morale and high turnover.

      Cons

      Top people don't realize how much work they want done for no raises, only care about company making profit not people , corporate greed , if you get the so called bonus unless you are making over 100K its minimal as well. Health coverage has been getting worse . Other thing is people are treated like machines. No incentives , no promotions within company.
