Everything else. No annual raises. You do not get promoted within unless you are a favorite or friend of management. Some employees work extremely hard while others in the same department hardly work. HR acts like they are there to help but when in reality, they are there to backup management. Company piles on more and more work but does not increase pay.

Can't think of any. Great co-workers, many office perks, Employee discount program and there's always a reason for spread of some kind in the office. It's fun to come to work every day.
