      National resources, even if outdated

      Cons

      Management that withholds information and can't be trusted, reduced bonus max, corporate secrecy. failing profits, preservation and advancement of old leaders and old ABD employees and layoffs that make no logical sense

      Pros

      Moved to USI due to an acquisition. The manager that came along with us from the previous employer did the best he could under the circumstances.

      Cons

      Rickey Brown strung us along for a year. USI just wanted the data from our application and proceeded to blow smoke up our tailpipes for a year. Not that it wasn't very obvious what was going on but to lie on top of it.....takes some bit of commitment, I suppose. Corporate greed for the win.

      Benefit offerings are good - medical, dental, life, disability, 401(k)

      Cons

      Forced rankings - no matter how amazing your team is, 10% of your team is required to receive a "poor" ranking for reviews. They buy successful businesses, keep the clients they want from the block, outsource the clients they don't want and toss aside the employees from the businesses they just purchased - either not replacing employees lost to attrition, or by laying off.
