Pros

Nice work truck, and working by yourself

Cons

No accountability for workers who perform below the expected level. The turnaround is insane. The pay is bad, the insurance is worse.

Pros

First let me start off by saying this. First I'm far from lazy, I come to work sick, hurt and I came back to work the Day after my Dads funeral, I'm one of the first ones on the clock and one of the last to leave. Now with that said the only benefit is the work truck and that's pushing it.

Cons

Now time for a real review. The benefits are a joke for 2017, you literally have to work as much as you can just in case you get sick because you have to meet a ridiculous deductible before anything is covered. There is absolutely no room for advancement in your area. The only way you'll get a decent raise is if your one of the favorites and that also goes for advancements. Your job is constantly threatened on almost a daily basis. Favoritism runs wild here. Let's not forget unqualified people in positions of authority because either they took there Boss out hunting or your brother is a supervisor, not because you know what your doing. Constantly pushing unrealistic production goals so they can get a bigger bonus. Good luck if you decide to work here I can keep going but this is enough. FYI 90% of the crew members have one foot out the door because we are all sick of the company and how they treat us.
