USIC allows me to run my own business and really drive what happens at the local level. National level corporation that has vast amount of institutional knowledge. Industry Leader and standard bearer.

Cons

The operational tempo of the industry makes it challenging to conduct training in stride. Work life balance can be challenging due to the constant nature of the locating industry.

- A great safety culture! - If you apply yourself, the career opportunities are there for the taking - If you manager your time properly, you can set your own schedule - You have the opportunity to hone your leadership skills and mentor others - If you like to travel, this job is for you - Company car or monthly vehicle allowance is great!

Cons

- Family time can suffer due to the amount of hours worked daily - If you don't like to travel and be outside, this job is NOT for you - If you cannot handle high stress situations, this job is NOT for you - If you do not like to manage people, assets or customers, this job is NOT for you - Not enough bonus opportunities for Operations Managers that are NOT District Managers but do the same job as the District Managers
