Company Truck Working Outside The ability to schedule your own work day / route. Relaxed dress code. Medical / dental insurance.

Cons

Horriable pay for the amount of hours you are working. Dishonest management. Inability of management to supply you with the appropriate supplies to complete your job. Constant driving on your own time (not on the clock) to ammount to about 10 hrs a week. Lack of productive communication between supervisors and employees. Supervisor expects you to be working at a reasonable time when he is a no show 9 times out of 8.
