Very fun environment cool people work there laid back friendly bosses great pro deals for working there free season pass to whitewater center great workout good resume builder for future outdoor jobs

Cons

not super high paying at first, but you get paid more each year guide school is expensive have to buy a lot of gear for job if you get injured you're out of work
