I cannot really think of a positive thing I gained from being employed at Whitewater Zero work life balance and extremely high turn over rate.

Cons

60+ hour work week as a salary employee. You are expected to work M-F 8am-6pm and on the weekends all while clocking in, on salary… and do more than is expected because it is part of the culture…? Lack of respect or trust from upper management. I could go on, but it’s futile at this point. I am glad I don’t have to ever work at WW ever again.

It was a very nice summer job that made me alright money and was fun

Cons

You are not allowed to sit at all unless on break, there is only one break for an 8 hour shift, you have to buy your own uniform and there is 8 days of trainging with ~$8 pay. The most important thing is you will be cut very often.
