Pros
It's a good working environment, you get discounts to use the park and free parking, so if you're someone who likes biking/yoga/rafting/other outdoor activities that's a great benefit. The employees are pretty relaxed and it's a good atmosphere
Cons
The pay is low. I was a server but I know that people that were paid per hour were also paid low wages. I don't know if that's changed much in the last few years.
