Great place to visit, not a great place to work at

most people share similar hobbies, general atmosphere is great, retail pro deals were awesome, get to meet a lot of different people (guests and co-workers)

Cons

literally no place set aside for employees to eat lunch (not just the retail staff), employees opinions are not heard or sought out, time commitment for most salary employees are well over 65-70 hours per week, not allowed to have tattoos showing, not allowed to drink on the property...ever (even when it's your day off and you're with family), CEO is not transparent to his employees, people usually get blind-sided with a letter telling them they are fired

I cannot really think of a positive thing I gained from being employed at Whitewater Zero work life balance and extremely high turn over rate.

Cons

60+ hour work week as a salary employee. You are expected to work M-F 8am-6pm and on the weekends all while clocking in, on salary… and do more than is expected because it is part of the culture…? Lack of respect or trust from upper management. I could go on, but it’s futile at this point. I am glad I don’t have to ever work at WW ever again.

Anyone who is a normal guide are great to work with

Cons

Terrible work/life balance scheduling is inconsistent and frustrating, management is toxic and unqualified no promoting from within creates no incentive to work harder than expected of you the pay for the hours and difficulty of the job
