Pros

Free Activity Passes. Employee Discounts. Great way to lose weight because of the amount you're running around with your head cut off during shifts.

Cons

Received a raise of maybe 25 cents the entire 3 years I worked here. Absolutely no care for their employees' well-being. Little to no opportunity to take breaks. A lot of favoritism in management. You will have to beg for more training. Do not listen to suggestions from their experienced employees. Will literally hire anyone with a pulse. Will throw their employees under the bus without a second thought. Will use the excuse 'you aren't a good fit' as the reason to fire you when you worked there for 3 years. Employee turnover rate is ridiculously high, constantly having to train new people. No regard for safety concerns from staff. No support from management. Not allowed to question management. If you are trained in more than one area there, expect to be flung around from location to location within a single shift with no compensation.

Pros

It is a wonderful facility and the whitewater is great to learn on.

Cons

Management is horrid. They combined all the sport departments into one. Horrible pay. They'll ask you to work overtime and won't pay you for it. You can put years of good work in and still get fired as soon as you open your mouth about problems. Raft guide training went out the window with new management in 2020. Lot's of injuries and little accountability. Newly hired guides are dangerous and unprepared. They fired me over a comment on Instagram. Don't work for this company.
