      Pros

      Things I love about UST is the Pay even though I am more than qualified and should make more the check is decent, the Benefits, The hours, the togetherness of them trying to make you feel like your all in this together even though were all virtual. Hiring process was quick and easy!

      Cons

      Not having access to my equipment when everyone else did but they rectified it within three weeks.

      Pros

      I love how I am getting the opportunity to grow with a company, that is growing itself. This is my first actual call center position and I have learned SO MUCH, within a short amount of time, from the team leads and my colleagues. Managment loves for you to voice your concerns and they hear you out, with anything you have to say. Everyone, and I mean everyone I've come across in UST, are very helpful and answer your questions immediately. Definitely a TEAM atmosphere and I love it.

      Cons

      Con? If there is one I must say, it would be of folks not getting along and or bumping heads in breakout groups but it never gets out of hand. We're all human and voice our opinions and I just feel like some people don't understand that concept too much. Other than that, everything is perfect!
