Pros

Good health insurance and 401k

Cons

Constant coach changes There is alot of downsizing and constant cuts There is a always a fear of being fired. Very Stressful U.S Cellular brags that they are always hiring...that's because they are always firing. If you work in any of their call centers you will notice people disappear very fast.

Pros

Excellent benefit packages including 401k, tuition reimbursement, top notch medical and dental, quarterly bonuses, pc purchase program and dynamic rewards to purchase high ticket items. Pay above average starting.

Cons

Favoritism seems to be the name of the game. You have to act a certain way to have any chance at advancement. If you are yourself or not a "cheerleader" then you will be blackball and your experience with the company will be stressful and unmanageable. Not only that but expectations are changed daily and it's hard to keep up what is an acceptable job performance.
