Pros

Everyone working there is incredibly nice and truly cares about you and your success; both at work and at home. For the job (its incredibly easy) you get paid a very decent wage with great benefits.

Cons

Not a whole lot of advancement opportunities if you want to do something outside of sell phones to people. Is a bit cultish.

Pros

The call-center environment is a very fun place to be at times. The training was a blast. It doesn't hurt that you were paid your hourly wage for the 6 weeks of training. If you're big on feedback, US Cellular is the place for you.

Cons

US Cellular is going through "Quality Evolution" to better the customer service. It becomes very annoying when listening to the feedback from your coaches. The customers honestly will never ever know that the company is doing this "Quality Evolution". They are only interested in why their bill is so high. The expectations of good customer service varies from leader to leader. What would be exceptional to one coach would end up being completely unacceptable to another leader.

Pros

The people are okay, benefits are reasonable. The schedules are pretty good and the pay is comparable to other call centers.

Cons

Managers can be unfair and they show a lot of favoritism towards certain employees. Coaches also show favoritism towards certain employees.
