- Fully remote for most staff - Warm and helpful people in the office of business and finance - Able to balance work and life very well - Fairly open communication from leadership, very open within team - Long term employee benefits and incentives (starting at 2+ years)

Cons

- Annual salary raises are minimal, only a couple % if there's the budget for it - Not a culture for high growth or advancement, leadership seems to work a ton - Semi-antiquated systems and processes. They work but could definitely improve and/or be streamlined - No 401k

- The professors at the school are great, easy to work with. - Job expectations vary from professor to professor but the school makes it easy to get in contact/communicate with faculty and professors. - Comes with health insurance and a full-ride scholarship which is amazing.

Cons

- When you agree to work for the school you make a promise to not get any other jobs besides working for the school. This wouldn't be so bad if the pay was better.
