Pros

Free medical benefit, 15 days holiday time off, 13 sick days off and at least 12 vacation days per year.

Cons

Routine work everyday. There is no place for promotion or learn new skills. Low base salary.

Cons

Limited salary potential; Virtually no chance of advancement or cross-training; Bonuses are rare and of little value; High turnover rate; Ask for a high wage in your interview because you won't get a salary increase!
