      Some of the co-workers make your days tolerable.

      Lack of management. When there is management; there is little communication to the whole staff. People are not evaluated equally.

      It’s hard to think of anything.

      Leadership never listened to the employees concerns and if it became a problem for them they would just fire any employee associated with that issue.

      Good leadership ruined by bad manager

      Good leadership in HRIAT team. Free health insurance. Good co workers.

      Cons

      Worst manager I’ve ever had. The most condescending, contradicting, narcissistic person I’ve ever worked for. She was the worst. Pay and PTO sucks.
