Relaxed atmosphere Easy web dev projects basic html css js working within a CMS (dotCMS)

Cons

Lack of opportunity to advance Lack of flexibility (seems everything requires using your vacation time) Lack of remote work (its 2020 really?) Lack of planning (seems every project is rushed departments do not work together) Office politics (departments often do not work together efficiently alot of politics which should not impact web standards but they do)

The students who graduate from here go on to do good work.

Cons

There is a clear culture of "we are better than everyone" and it just does not match the actual environment. Only work here if you have your nose in the air and experience no emotions. Everyone here is of average intelligence but because of the environment act like they are gods gift to earth. If you want to work with real people, make real relationships, do not work here.
