Healthcare Benefits, Retirement Benefits, Pay, Vacation time, Sick time, Holidays off. Growth opportunity can be good too.

Cons

Several people in Leadership positions are not qualified by way of experience and educations but got the position due to knowing some higher up. I feel this puts those at the mid level and supporting staff levels at a disadvantage of growing professionally as well as make for a low morale department.

Benefits are great. Nothing else.

Cons

Parking, people (depending on department). I worked with some of the most disrespectful, inconsiderate, insensitive people. Pay was way under for the work that i did.

Large system with the flexibility to move and grow within. Great Benefits Welcoming staff and management that makes it a familial culture.

Cons

As a state institution, it is tough for them to offer competitive salaries. At times processes and procedures become outdated & management is slow to react.
