Pros

Job stability, full time job, notarity of working with UT. Depending on the clinic you're in you get OT. Not much else....

Cons

Management plays political games. Not much support from management. This company makes working for orthopedic surgeons suck. Triple booking patients, hardly get time for lunch. Paying for parking

Pros

Management is usually flexible. The environment is very professional. The talent hired is usually very knowledgeable in their field which helps the flow of business. Positions are very stable.

Cons

Pay is reasonable but not very competitive. Not many growth opportunities. Benefits are great for a single person/average for a family. There is no stipend for parking like other TMC employers

Pros

It's a job, and one cannot complain for being employed these days. Other than that not many pros.

Cons

No development opportunity, nepotism, old mentality, lack of support, and did I mention lack of development opportunities?
