Pros

Great colleagues, excellent benefits, decent pay.

Cons

Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are not valued in this company. If you expect to make all the providers have almost the same responsibilities but with less than half the pay and no bonuses and other extra perks, it isolates a group and causes a resentment, which will push an employee categorized in that group to look for employment elsewhere.

Pros

When work is slow, you can continue working on your studies/homework assignments, etc which is helpful as a student. You get to know a lot of the faculty, and can build relationships with future colleagues and/or employers.

Cons

Not very challenging work, can get monotonous. No opportunity for direct advancement or expansion of responsibilities.
