Pros

+ Benefits are good + Facilities are nice to work at

Cons

- Unreasonable expectations for productivity: clinics will overbook to that point that clinic staff could not reasonably keep things running on time, then providers and supervisors will question why patients are waiting but unable to enact big changes to control that workflow. - Company culture is very focused on profits/bottom line. - Set expectations that hourly employees should not be working any overtime, but with overbooked clinics and minimal staffing, employees are required to stay for longer hours - High turn-over rates: always seems to be employees leaving and new hires being trained all the time, which puts clinics in a constant state of trying to get employees up to speed

Pros

Work is easy and not too much stress. Seems like there is high job security.

Cons

Little opportunity for salary advancement within the position. Will most likely need to switch jobs or get additional education in order to get a salary increase.
