      Pros

      The project leadership on this project has been some of the best I've ever experienced. They are communicative, empathetic and accessible even during a remote position. I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at a UTH employee.

      Cons

      The only complaints I had for this position lie with the external call center management which was out of the UTH team's control.
