None at all. Outdated company with pathetic benefits and unreasonable demands.

Cons

Outdated company selling drop-ship furniture. Refusal to update. HUGE pressure put on low paid employees to somehow fix their sales model without actually giving employees any options to do so. EXTREMELY high monthly health insurance premium paid by employees for little to no coverage. Our "Christmas bonuses" were WIC milk coupons.

Communicate consistently the goals of the company. Aggressively growing and winning share in the market. Competitive pay and benefits. Performance based incentives that are built with the organization in mind, not just individual departments.

Cons

Very fast moving. If you are uncomfortable with change and strategy pivots you may want to consider a more stagnant place to work.
