Pros

I have worked at several places over the years and Belnick is by far the best place I have ever been employed. Management has an open door policy, cares deeply about their employees and provides the necessary resources for people to succeed. They have a good lineup of benefits, including paid medical for employees, paid time off and a bonus program. Little perks that many companies have abandoned are still embraced by Belnick. A larger company with a family atmosphere.

Cons

Slightly informal due to its transition from a smaller company to one with several hundred employees.

Pros

Relax working environment. Company incentives good work habits and good performance. Owners are aggressive and continue to work hard to grow revenue. There is a free flow of ideas and communication.

Cons

With any fast pace company, formal planning is sometime neglected as a result execution of plans can be some what crazy.

Pros

High energy environment with workers motivated to do well. Informal work environment and family oriented. The warehouse has regular departmental meetings with prizes raffled away. During the summer months there has been ice cream giveaways, cold drinks, etc. to help to beat the heat.

Cons

Year after year high growth rate stresses the system. Regular changes are put into place with the goal of process improvements.
