Pros

UiPath was great once upon a time

Cons

Lot of UnEthical practices by Senior Directors. Employee surveys should be anonymous but there are vestiges of retaliation. The leadership Cloud Elements merger brought in Senior Directors is of low quality.

Pros

- challenging products and use cases - exciting business domain - people are very nice, very competent and with great attitude - amazing benefits - great compensation - up-to-date tech stack

Cons

The job is challenging and can be overwhelming for some people, but I think you can find this out at the interview. So it's not for everybody.
